I have been a professional coach since 1993. After many years, I decided to become a member of the International Coaching Federation to offer my services in Mentor Coaching. You can now join me as I host the ICF Mentor Coaching Group with MCC Brent O’Bannon.
The ICF has been around for 15+ years and is comprised of thousands of coaches around the world. For many programs that hire professional and leadership coaches, they are looking for the gold-standard accreditation from the International Coaching Federation. Many of you are consultants, counselors, Gallup Certified Strengths Coaches, or individuals who have taken an introduction course to coaching.
If you haven’t gotten your 10 hours of mentor coaching from a PCC or MCC level mentor coach, you may be interested in learning the professional “Coach approach” to help you deepen and strengthen your coaching skills. I am offering a Strengths Champion Mastermind. Once a month for 90 minutes, you will get the opportunity to have guided coaching practice from a professional mentor, earning up to seven hours for group mentor coaching. Your remaining three hours need to be 1-on-1 mentor coaching.
